If you are not satisfied with the product you’ve purchased or product was damaged due to courier's negligence, you may return it within three (3) working days upon received. The product(s) must be unused with the tag/label still attached and in the original packaging (if available). This policy is only applicable to full-priced item(s) on our site.
We will only give full refund for the completely damaged product. If the product is slightly damaged, we will only provide discount vouchers. It all depends on the type of damage to the product.
Customers are advised to email us first at firstname.lastname@example.org with your #ORDER ID and product details before returning the product.
Any products returned must abide the terms mentioned above. Returns due to creases from shipping will not be accepted. Should the product is returned to us in unsuitable condition, we reserved the right to refuse the return and the product will be send back to you.
All shipping cost are borne by customer and we are not liable until item reaches our office.
